Project Description
This is a great drill to improve your golf backswing and I’ve introduced it to many of my students. It will help you feel a big turn with the shoulders and hips so you can educate your body.
The most important part of the drill is to make sure the left shoulder moves down. This allows the upper body to turn around a fixed point (the center of the shoulders). If the left shoulder turns too high the upper body is pulled to the right causing a lateral movement.
