Project Description
Kevin,
I think you have a good move, but the nuts and bolts need to be tightened! so to speak..
key points:
Start with weight forward – This will help stop your lower body (pelvis) moving laterally to the right going back.
Move Hands Inwards – This will help start the move as ‘one piece’ instead of the club head moving on its own. This effects the alignments in the entire swing.
Regain Flexion – All this means is being a little more patient with your body during the transition, before you extend your spine. A good drill is to practice without a club and rest your forehead against a wall. Your forehead should still be touching the wall post impact.
