I think the best way to go about your first few lessons is to give you some extremely simple points to work on.

– Move shoulder down to start the backswing. This will allow your spine to start moving in a 3 dimensional manner – tilt/turn/extend.

– straighten your right knee a little on the backswing. This will allow your hips to turn on a tilted angle.

– On another note, I don’t think i mentioned this in the video but try and keep your arms straighter. Your right arm will fold going back but try and feel as though they are steel rods.

– watch the drill videos I’ve attached next to this video. learning some movement patterns without a club in your hand will be extremely valuable. Also watch the 10 positions video and try and replicate these without hitting balls..
