Key points:
Right knee must get straighter during backswing. This will allow your left knee to flex more and allow your hips to turn more (ala Arnie).
If you combine this new knee movement with some tilting (to the left), extending, it will allow you to turn a lot more.
Drill – make slow motion practice swings (without hitting balls) whilst videoing your swing. Because you don’t turn your hips enough you want to feel as though you are over turning them during the backswing. Keep that image of Arnold Palmer in your mind as you move back.. Trail leg straightens – lead leg flexes..
