To improve your backswing you need to tilt your spine to the left more by moving your left shoulder down more. Combine this with turning your pelvis on a tilted angle and you’ll have the backswing nailed in a couple of swings.
With regard to the ‘flipping’ action through impact. You need to extend your body more by straightening your knees. This keeps the hands pushing away from the body and you can keep straighter arms to keep the club head lower.
